At TechuBuy, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
Email us at techubuy12@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable once delivered. Sale or clearance items may be final sale where noted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item was faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
