Thank you for shopping with TechuBuy. Here’s how we get your order to you.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is approximately 7–15 business days after processing. Some products ship from our overseas fulfilment partners, which can affect delivery times. Estimates aren’t guaranteed and may vary due to carrier or postal delays.

Shipping cost: A flat rate of £4.99 per order, shown again at checkout before you pay. We may run free-shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email us at techubuy12@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.
